@dense plover They do have gender differences defined within lore thanks to Sethraliss, and the swap to having armor wouldn't be too difficult once they have their texture remapped to be player size. Vulpera also don't have the required animations, and Sethrak are on par with them. But if you're talking speculation based on some of 8.2, Dragonkin / Drakonid might be something. Then there's always the lightforged undead which would suck but IS a threat to some extent.

I just hate all of the sloppy cosmetic bugs that are "low priority" that maybe so but it only furthers how far wow is behind in cosmetic and character customisation it sucks

I don't think we're meant to get 2 new races every patch
Specially since Blizzard said they want them more grounded into the story and weaved into the narrative, they want them to make sense, and not just drop them randomly (like Void elves or Mag'har).
And second point, they also said they want them to be slightly more unique or original, they said they don't want 15 different allied races that are just 15 different variations of a blood elf with just a different skin color. In the end, there is limited design space, and also they don't want a character creation menu that is 99 pages long.
Which all makes sense. So yeah.
