When you finish the black dragonflight, green dragonflight and red dragonflight quests, or when you start the quests, there's a phasing bug where Chromie shortly appears in the Chamber of Heart and then disappears. So far there's no bronze dragonflight quest, but I imagine this means it's the logical next step.
