Judgehype says Nazjatar is 3/4 the size of Argus, with no separate zones (like Krokuun, Antoran Wastes and Mac'Aree), it's one single, giant zone with different regions.
Sylvanas sends her boats with Lor'themar and Nathanos using the info she gained from the Crucible of Storms questline. Anduin and friends discover that and send their ships to follow the Horde and see what they're doing. Eventually they all crash into Nazjatar.
The raid is planned to be released 2 weeks after the patch, but they don't exclude the possibility of delaying it 1 week more.
The Rustbolt Resistance (good junker gnomes) is led by the son of King Mechagon. When you get there you help them build a base and protect it. Mechagon is similar in size to the Timeless Isle, but there's more content and it's more significant. While playing, they found an inactive digging machine. Thanks to items they found on monsters on the island, they could contribute to the activation of the machine (like when contributing to warfront buildings), and once done, it rumbled to life and started foraging through the mountain. This gave them access to a rare mob in a cave. There are dozens of such rare mobs and they give Azerite and cool components necessary to accomplishing tasks in Mechagon Island. Other rewards can include mounts. One epic questline leads to the obtention of the spiderbot mount.
Again with the help of other players, you can find and activate flamethrowing turrets (works also for PvP), which is apparently really fun in War Mode.
There's a fishing questline and other things and apparently a lot of secrets on Mechagon. The goal is to have a great density of players on that smaller island and to make it truly feel alive and make everyone feel involved in the development of the base and the island.
