I was bored and made myself a sheet with all brawler's guild bosses, in which rank they appeared in which xpac and this is what I got:
There are 9 new bosses in bfa; there were 17 new bosses in Legion during ranks, six new challenge cards, six new rumbles (one is a legacy boss).
BUT bfa brings back many legacy bosses, and bosses that were challenge cards only - Ash'katzuum, Mingus Diggs, Klunk, Mecha-Bruce.

As of bfa, there are only 3 encouters left that have existed since the first season of brawler's guild - this means rank 8 and 9 of MoP 5.3 are excluded. These are, and that REALLY surprised me: Meatball, Millie Watt and... Sanoriak (!?!). If you want to include 5.3 bosses, then add Nibbleh to the list.

Honestly I don't think that's the case. Adding 30 seconds to get to Caverns of Time by moving portals and building entirely new assets is not something remotely worth spending resources on, if that were the goal there were many, many more ways to do it much easier and cheaper and faster.

They simply have a vision of how the game should play, and finally found the time to fulfill it. And, this isn't anything new by the way, I know for a fact that they always disliked having too many portals, from a gameplay point of view, that it diminished the world and the outdoor, and they always regretted adding so many, and have always wanted to remove some, and in fact their pattern is literally to remove some portals from the new expansion as they go into the next expansion, they just didn't have the time to do it the last couple expacs.

There really isn't any malicious motive here, it's purely from a game design pov. And honestly, as someone who's worked on MMORPG game design, I do share their vision, and I get where they're coming from. However, I'm not sure about the execution, and that's a valid thing to criticize.

Hmm, a full revamp of a zone, or capital, or anything, must come with content. That's their philosophy, they are done updating irrelevant stuff that nobody goes to anyway. For example they revamped Arathi and Darkshore, in a way that provided content (warfronts, world quests..). Update and content must go hand in hand together. So if they do fully revamp Stormwind and Orgrimmar, then it would indeed mean that they intend them to be central in terms of gameplay. We'll see if that's the case though ! I don't know personally, would be odd to update these two capitals after the faction war expansion..

Yes they are finished I did not express myself well, but..
I just wanted to say that they were finished quickly and that the rendering could have been much better if they had taken the time to do something beautiful, for example to lift the back of the KT to prevent him from swimming dog in cast (1), or make sure that the final gesture of the cast (2) of the woman KT is not strange. the animations are cool, but their finish is pretty ugly. It is particularly noticeable also with the customization of the faces / hair cuts of the male. It's okay, it's a pity, but we are used to ! ^^

No they're right, it was confirmed her soul now resides within the Emerald Dream !

The Elune cinematic thing was more of a pretty ceremonial effect, she didn't actually tear Ysera's spirit into separate parts, nor create like 15 stars in one second. Just a magic effect, and Ysera isn't dead, her spirit was sent to the Dream.

They gave up their titan-given powers. They still have their own powers. Ysera was still Mistress of the Dream after Cataclysm, and still had her Dream powers, and they were still some of the most powerful beings on the planet.

can blizzard fix the artifact tmog where you can tmog one blade and it wont just make both blades where if you ever take off the one blade it shows the other item not tmoged because as i was logging in my character showed as him with one artifact blade and a fistblade i thought they could do that but i log inand it dosent show it it shows both my blades as artifacts.

Um, spoilers. Yeah, she dies. So... heroes make sacrifices in our game. It's happening a lot in Legion. While Ysera, who is now mortal after Twilight of the Aspects, is dead--her spirit does live on. Don't hold on too long for her being gone for good.

I have a question. I think I wasn't following this lore that much, but at the end of ICC it is said that there must always be a Lich King and Bolvar puts the crown on. What would have happened if nobody got the crown and became the lich king?

The Scourge would have been no longer contained, and would've rampaged through everything

This means that Arthas was containing the Scourge, and wasn't unleashing his full might, as per Blizzard.

Well, 8.1/8.1.5 completely revamped two battlegrounds, with entirely new assets, assets we've not even ever seen before.

In fact Red Shirt Guy is so perplexed at that (on twitter) he thinks it may be foreshadowing something. The human buildings for example use an entirely new architecture, and assets, that we've never seen used anywhere before. It's possible these may be re-used somewhere else down the line, maybe next expansion?

But yeah, disagree with the claim that there was nothing new artwise in 8.1/8.1.5, plus there was also Dazar'alor (they literally added a whole iceberg half under the pyramid we had on Live), and soon Crucible of Storms. And also the Darkshore sets.

So that's another bunch of unique assets coming in 8.2. There's really a lot. Plus all the Ethereal stuff that came in 7.3, some of which was used a tiny bit in the Void elf quest (well, the models).

Yeah, not in 8.2, that's naga and Azshara.
8.3 is N'Zoth, and MAYBE Ethereals. But if not, I'd put Ethereals later, or in the next expansion.

maybe they dont let it beat him but they give the us the wow community a chance or players in general they make a supper hard raid where the first team to beat him judges the future of Azeroth like if they time if the first team in wipes N"zoth litteral haunts Azeroth for a month or something and spawns in monsters and such. if effect the world water changes color..some buildings are effected except for those blessed enough with light or Elune
