bois,i just had a killer idea for a rework of azerite armor,that keeps all the points blizz is stubbornly holding onto,while also making it (hopefully) a lot better,i'd really appreciate if you could point out any possible flaws that you can see coming out of this system in the hypothetical case it were to go live,
let me explain it to the best of my abilities.
so,to appease blizz's stubborness,i have thought of a way,to still keep the "progression" of azerite gear,with higher ilvl traits being better,still having azerite gear,and different pieces having different traits,
So,the traits now show up on the neck itself,when you open the neck,you get a 3 line UI so you can see all the currently in use/equipped traits all in one place,for ease of use and to see what traits you're currently using all at a glance, if you were to click on,for example the headpiece icon,it would take you to the UI we have now,but with a few changes to make the system,hopefully better,basically a new character would start with just the traits from the starter gear,but every time you get a piece of gear with new traits they get "added" to the ring,this means that you can choose between all "unlocked" traits,thus preserving the "hunting for traits" thing, if you then happen to drop a higher ilvl piece that has a trait you already unlocked,it gets automatically "updated" to reflect the stronger higher ilvl numbers. i believe i had more to this,but let's stop here for now

if you want to get just that 1 trait thats bis,then good for you
but by having all traits tied to the neck and being "unlocked",you get freed from the burden of having different sets of gear
and if one trait gets nerfed,you dont have to farm new pieces
if you grind for higher version,thats great too,the trait just gets "updated"

I think stacking the strongest traits would be far easier and not fix the issue of low ilvl traits beating out high ilvl traits (since thats just blizzards misbalancing them

Model names don't have to exist, in fact recently they're dropping names and just use crappy IDs, which makes it a bit harder to look for stuff. But after every dataminer and website checking all the IDs, yeah it's not in yet.

It's interesting though how two Zandalari flagships got bombs planted on them, and another one got blown up.
Since the plot of BFA is that both factions want a navy to fight the other faction, that's kinda a big deal.
So unless the Horde finds those bombs and removes them, they're fucked.
The Alliance + Kul Tiran navy will attack the Zandalari navy.
And then all the Zandalari's ships instantly explode.
Does the Horde campaign do anything like that at the end?
