the day before war of thorns week one we saw jaina, because we hadn't gotten much story yet and would not for a week, plus we need to know about her raising the ship and her resolving her struggles for her flying in during BfL to make sense.
when war of the thorns week two came out we saw sylvanas because we necessarily required that lore for the burning of teldrassil to occur.
with battle for lordaeron, she of course flies in on the boat which relies on her warbringer cinematic to make sense, that fits in with the warbringer arc even though not including a warbringer cinematic.
I theorize that azshara warbringer will most likely be found in BFA and soon after uploaded to WoW's youtube channel, because it will be needed to explain something that I haven't spoiled for myself.
