With that information (thanks @grizzled sleet ) If I was to time a release. I would release it late Thursday or Friday. With most having done Battle of Lordaeron, and the very close release of BFA, it could be used to build up even more hype. We have the Alliance warbringer, the Horde warbringer, and the common enemy. The Prepatch is very much Alli v Horde, and the expansion looks very much the same, but WoW wouldnt be wow if there wasnt a common enemy for the Alli and horde to tackle together.
That is of course all very surface level analysis
