Leveling is always quicker in beta cause they want people to test stuff. I was at 117 after doing drustivar, and a little bit of stormsong. They have upped the XP needed to level in beta since i played last, and i am almost positive they will up it even more when it goes live.

Don't forget that you need to be friendly with 3 factions to unlock world quests at level 120. It's pointless to do too much dungeons for leveling. Make sure you are friendly with 3 main factions by doing quests in the 3 main zones, normally, you reach honored once you finish all quests.

Reputation priority should be Champions of Azeroth at level 120. Each time you reach Friendly / honored / revered / exalted, your heart of Azeroth get +15 ilvl (with a quest from magni) so that's +60 ilvl total for the neck
