Many of the class changes in this build relate to tuning. Blizzard has buffed and nerfed several specs via "auras" which allows many spells in a spec to be changed quickly at once. So when you see that Balance Druid spells have gone from -22 to -18, it means that at one point, Blizzard nerfed the abilities by 22% and slightly buffed them--but they're still 18% below where they were before the prior round of nerfs.
Decreased: Unholy, BM, Frost Mage, Windwalker, Ret, Shadow, Elemental, Enhance, Arms, Fury
Increased: Balance, Arcane, Affliction

if some classes are one shotting things while others sit there for 30 secs thats bad

one is too strong the other too weak. the sweet spot is somewhere in the middle

over the next few weeks we will see TONS of changes to these auras as well as individual spells

its entirely possible that some of these changes wont work or might be too strong or too weak, so we will likely have a series of small hotifxes and patches during the first 2 weeks to balance everything out

feedback given now is great, but its given in much smaller quanities and its hard to guage what actually needs to change vs what people arent used to
