Umbric does not have a unique model, Mayla does not have a unique model (though she does have half of a pair of totems), Turalyon does have a unique model, Dark Iron guy (still early in alpha so not 100% certain but) does not have a unique model, Thalysra does have a unique model, etc.

I think your reasoning is dubious, there are plenty of NPCs and in fact racial leaders that I have listed that use generic models and generic armor and they're fine, but somehow Geya'rah using a unique mag'har armor and unique mag'har set only availabe to mag'har is not fine.

I'm pretty pleased with the days and nights of work I put into them. But if me playing another MMO just to fill in that void vs spending 60$ on several games to try to fill it for four months vs just getting a new MMO with some new stuff to do just for the sake of not having to spend 60$ buy 40$ on 1 game for 4 months seems decent enough for me..
