People do realize that, its the entire point of allied races, that they have less restrictions, and less required work time
You can basically just take an existing race, give it another skin color, and call it an allied race. A new, proper race in comparison would need to be entirely unique and get 20 levels of starting experience with brand new assets that will never get used again (or not until at least 5 years because reasons).
