I still find the idea of measuring time in an environment with no constants to be difficult to say the least. Even with things like counting hours - that'd assume that you never sleep and never get caught up in battle for too long. It's just something that'd be extremely difficult to keep track of, especially that the flow of time can change at any moment. It'd be like living under a constant jetlag.
