Allied races are specifically races that use skeletons for old races with very little work needed. They generally have no or very few custom animations and they are generally related to a race currently playable

Can't do necromancers, unless they completely revamp Unholy away from the minion manipulation which is a possibility but unlikely due to the backlash of Demonology, could do a soul-manipulating class but DHs have that niche with the soul fragment mechanic and warlocks have that with soul shards as well

Eh not really, your shaman could decide to only focus on the fire element and he'd still be a shaman. But yeah while dark irons were never exactly "confirmed" to be shaman, if Blizzard wanted to give them shaman they could, after all the Shadowforge dark irons (which we are recruiting) have spent years with Ragnaros/Fire elementals, were taught to imbue their weapons with elemental power by the Twilight's Hammer, and so on.

They can just drop a Wildhammer NPC in their starting zone teaching a few recruits and that's all. That's how we got Nightborne monks and Highmountain monks, because there's a pandaren NPC teaching them. That, plus what I've laid out above, means it's entirely possible. It's not a big deal.

Peach, it's not impossible. If the Nightborne and Highmountain could play monks just because there's one single pandaren NPC teaching them in their starting zone, then the same could be done for the Shadowforge dark irons who, by the way, already know the Fire branch. I'm just saying it's possible, there would be not outrage, it wouldn't be a lore-breaking situation, and it wouldn't be weird (contrary to giving say the warlock class to Lightforged draenei). Personally I'm not sure they will, because I think they might prefer to keep the shaman class for potential Wildhammer dwarves.

Boralus. The capital of Kul Tiras - and a safe port of call in unsafe waters.
The outer wall hosts a marketplace that is second to none. Merchants from all over Azeroth dock here to trade their goods.
For most visitors, the market is all they ever see of Boralus. Beyond the Great Gate lies the city proper, and very few outsiders are allowed inside.

That's Proudmoore Keep at the end of the channel. Imposing and unbreakable.

Well one undocumented change is that Holy Paladins have a new casting animation. Or at least, halfway made new animations. They seem to be channeling from their offhand (I believe its meant to be a Librarium) like Clerics would in DnD or something similar.

we dont know offiiiiicially, but we have statements like "The horde APPEARED to be" which, for the horde, is the best they ever get

i expect a broken shore type fiasco, where it's not the horde's fault, but somehow will seem that way to the alliance in a way that still lets them be totally justified in hating the horde even more for it. which is what always happens.
