imagine you do a simulation on the best performing spec - and in this simulation you assume that you push your cooldowns, perfectly, and execute the rotation perfectly
but then you play the game and miss your cooldowns and mess up the rotation - then the reality of your performance changes dramatically
it can be as bad as that if you played a spec you are more familiar or simply just have a better flow with it - that you end up performing and doing more damage with it than what the theoretical best spec indicated by numbers - and that's really a shame - because by following the numbers you ended up making yourself perform worse

I haven't seen anyone comment on this bug. I started having it in 8.3 and it's still not fixed. I assume it's because of addons. No idea...
Basically, the characters list doesn't "remember" the transmog, but when I log in, the tmog is fine and it's fine when I log out again on the character list. Happens usually when the tmog is changed recently

I also said this in transmog, but another potential glitch I notice is the robes of the exalted drop in strath. I think its bugged and either doesn't drop anymore, or has an insanely low drop along the lines of the mount, which isn't in line with what WoWhead says (lists it as approx a 14% drop). I got Rivendare's epic sword drop twice and all other gear drops at least 3-4 times but never once the robe, and on multiple occasions.
Just curious if anyone else has that experience as well
