In Legion and BfA, once you hit Exalted with a faction you earn more rep towards a Paragon Chest - or 'Exalted +'. Every 10k rep after exalted you get a box with gold, war resources (or order resources) and other potential prizes based on the reputation in question. For Honorbound and 7th Legion, the boxes also hold 20 medals, which is really nice progress toward the bigger service medal options.
