yea BG, until you approach level 80, gives pretty much a whole level on a win

dungeons, I don't remember, but it's pretty good especially with rested experience

losses don't give nearly as much XP as wins, but as I understand it the average is better than dungeons

questing from 80-90 is pretty good, didn't try spamming dungeons on a tank cuz I leveled a DPS-only class
