@blissful light items can be transmogged once you aqcuire pieces of gear. There is a level gate, as you progress you can mog into armor sets from later expansions. Just play the game basically.

There's nothing wrong with modest/simple mogs. I think what's jarring about your mog is the green tattoos that abruptly fade into brown. A brown harness could fix this transition, but may look too busy with the tattoos. If you're not to specific about your toon's hair color, black could work to tie it together 😄 @shy sphinx
