Some sets are sets that are not labeled as sets. So I don't know what to say about those tbh. Kirin Tor Red mage set, it's a recolor of a mage set, but each piece is uniquely named individually. If you just put the names of each item on a list you'd never know its a set. But if I were to put each piece on and take a pic you'd say "ohhh he's using a set"

There are models for side-bicornes for each of the Freehold Crews, an updated model for the First Mates' Hat, A black Variant with a skull and crossed-swords (Foghat Freebooters)
These appearances so far have only been used in a limited capacity during a couple of non-repeatable quests for alliance and Horde.
Also
Points feverently at the Bloodsail outfit, quest reward from "Dressing the part." White Cloth pieces, one or two copper each, full Pirate outfit. Not Transmoggable.
And the red, Grey, and Blue Tricorne are three of all the other hats that were datamined in the game files. Red to represent Horde, Blue to Represent Alliance, and Grey (I hypothesize) to represent the Horde Turncoats who snitched on Saurfang.
No more red and Blue hats, we want the other colors. If you aggree, or feel as I do, go to the forums, and link this article. ask for it, or under the help option in game, in the bug menu, go to submit suggestion, and ask that they add the rest of them as cosmetic appearances.

But you've got a lot of clashing colors.
The shoulders are gold(which matches with tabard) but the main color is silver/white which could technically not clash too much with the forest green from tabard,but you're contrasting it with grey headpiece
Cant say much for gloves and boots since they're shrouded by the green lighting.

I don't think it's nearly enough red to justify the red leggings though, if the Heroic HFC leggings for warrior can be obtained OffSet then use those, it'll match the color scheme much more since it seens youre going for black and gold mostly

But on a more serious note: Worgen transformation to Dark Elf (suramar model) easily fix the mount issues. Then with pants/shoes 3D assets seem to be Blizz's solution. Almost all gear in BFA have 3D assets. Naga already normally use 3D leg prices on their abdomen. Then their textures are set on the pants similar to how Junker Gnomes work
