Toy for the first three is Honorable Pennant, which last as long you want it to.
last one is the Burning Blade toy. but it only last for 10 mins.
with a hour cooldown.

Technically literally any race could be blademaster, on a technical level it's not something that only orcs have the physical ability to be. Same thing goes for any other race, you could have human druids, night elf warlocks, pandaren death knights, and so on - in fact, lorewise, all of these exist, but they're still not playable combinations.
Hell, we even have a Lightforged draenei blademaster, even though he obviously doesn't have the same origins as the orcish blademasters at all.
As for a Blademaster class or spec, who knows, but yeah there's a lot of aspects already share with other classes or specs, so they'd probably be very low priority.

Are some of the items you have that made up the set bought from a vendor or still with the trading timer? If they still have a sell-back or trading timer they will not show up in other characters's lists until the timer is gone. You can force it by tmogging them or deleting the items.
That is a safety feature to avoid people buying a set, tmogging it on an alt to keep the looks and selling it back or trading it away.
If it's the trading timer, just equipping them will have the desired effect of removing the timer.

Have you tried at least equipping or vendoring each piece you got that dropped in case the trading timer is hidden but assumes itself active? If that doesn't work, I have no idea what caused it.
