To me it looks like the Normal color of the Highmaul/BRF set for mages on boots, robe and gloves, but the head being from the same set's mythic version, and Belt/Shoulders are HC Priest T19 look-alike (with Legion Tailoring bracers since the BRF/Highmaul mage gloves only covers the hands themselves)

The only Draenei-ish mail set I know of is the Legion Lightforged stuff. If you want something crystalline and/or purple though you could grab parts of this shaman set: https://www.wowhead.com/transmog-set=2246/regalia-of-bound-elements-raid-finder-lookalike
And you can combine the shoulders/gloves with some gold-white chestpiece/pants/boots from, for example, https://www.wowhead.com/transmog-set=1297/earthen-mail-recolor
Maybe get some suitably purple boot effect in there from https://www.wowhead.com/item=25693/netherfury-boots or something similar.
And perhaps a nice belt, cloak and headpiece of your choice can help bring the set together.

Trial of Valor might prove incredibly difficult to solo as a class without a pet, due the Odyn's first phase, where if Hymdall and Hyrja are too close to eachother they both gain 99% damage reduction

Its due tot he fact that its a robe. Robes are very flat thin surfaces and thus pixilate out. Nothing to do with laziness, its just the games engine.
