Funny thing: If you use two one-handed weapons for Windwalker Monk, they won't be used in battle. But if you use a fist weapon (I'm transmogging Novice's Handwraps) and a one-hander, the one-hander WILL be used in battle.

if the appearance isn't locked to a specific class, it really just gives you more chances at mogs you haven't collected yet, and usable amounts of appearances also depends on how many of the items are locked to a specific class (or rep, since you may have the appearance and rep on one char, but not the rep on another)

Is there a way around it? would probably be the question to ask. It's a humanoid helm, on a wolf head. There's bound to be some deformity.
And if there is, maybe they are working on it ? Keep in mind there's a worgen model update under way.

The only way around I can think of is to manually edit every helmet to properly fit non standard heads, and just tag it to only use those edits when on those heads
but that would mean more file bloat I guess
