Well, if BFA's like Legion, the new gear to work with won't really be there at launch.

For Legion, we got our order hall sets, and the world/dungeon/quest parts were pretty much recolors of the same stuff for a while, excluding capes.

And I guess crafted stuff. There was some nice early crafted plate, and the S1 PvP recolor was nice.

That's someting I miss out of WoD. The world gear had several models per gear type, instead of one with five or six tints.

That said, I'm really hoping Zandalar has some good leather/mail to work with. Some new masks would be nice, too.

@lost rock if you don't have it, i've found mogit to be a useful addon for matching weapons to sets. just input a set from your wardrobe into preview and then go through the weapon modules and it will show a preview of every weapon being held by the set you are previewing at the moment
