sadly its sounds better than it is
what he has there is cool and all but the way the program works looks good only in some situations
for example the floor is nice and shiny because its wet, well reshade cant distinguish if it rained or no, so every area will be shiny like that. same goes for the ray tracing, it doesnt know where light sources come from, it only guesses deppending on the color of the object. so if something is for example bright yellow it quesses that its a light source, that isnt the case every time
so in short it looked amazing in that area but the same settings would look awful in another are or in gameplay
but you gave me a good idea so I will make a reshade preset for myself

PVP is warmode, so PVP is enabled everywhere. You can kill anyone and anyone can kill you.
There's war crates that drop in Kul'Tiras and Zandalar and people fight for those
PVE is just PVE. Nobody to fight other than NPCs unless you go into a Battleground
