Could someone help me test something? I'm trying to determine exactly what possible causes exist that make one unable to React to a message posted by someone else in a chat channel. I'm pretty darn sure that Blocking someone does make it impossible for that specific individual to React to your messages. However, I've not been able to determine if there may be a more sweeping setting that affects React functionality. I will include it in a Screenshot. Please try to React to this message and get back to me if it fails. I'm only trying to test something about Discord's functionality and I will be re-enabling this setting after the testing is completed. 😃

I really don't understand why it's called a kingdom. With the powers of the first chronicle book and wowpedia I have come to the conclusion that it once was a kingdom because they HAD Magocratic LORDS. Which sounds like a hereditary title. However it's quite clear that nowadays it's not hereditary anymore.
