i feel anxiety, fear, and depression every day for... just everything. it's hard to talk about or articulate because it's just SO MUCH. and individually, on a personal level i just have too much fear of being belittled or called too sensitive for speaking out about things... which is usually what happens. many, many people i interact with are dismissive or kind of act like it's not their problem. thanks for caring.
and i will say - sometimes what makes it worse is knowing how good i have it compared to some marginalized communities, and then the guilt of that, and then the guilt of feeling that guilt. lol. there is no winning, really. it's miserable living here right now.
