I think that governments purpose should be almost as limited as contract law. If two people agree to something and they have a dispute then the government should be there as the non-discriminatory middle man that chooses who was correct or not.

The courts won't overturn a commitee ruling to remove something unless it is a violation of some sort to the constitution or the laws that were created. There isn't law created specifically for this, which you had stated before, so the FCC can choose to change these rules as they see fit.

Talking of Deadpool, Bob Iger also addressed its R-Rated status. Unfortunately, he didn’t drop a bunch of f-bombs when speaking to 21st Century Fox investors but he did say “there might be an opportunity for a Marvel-R brand for something like Deadpool. As long as we let the audiences know what's coming, we think we can manage that fine," according to THR.
