@frosty tundra that is just how much calories that structure provides. calories are measured through how much energy something releases when burns. Carbs aren't as high energy as fat, so there is more energy/gram in fat

1 gram of fat might has more callories than 1 gram of carbs, but carbs get broken down fast and more easily than fat by the body.
If I reemmber right, body chemistry has to change drastically for it to start breaking down fat, and it only happens naturally once all the carb/sugar stores has been exhanusted
During that tranistion humans feel very sick, headaches etc, then body converts to fat using mode, but it also makes you dumber, as brain is not as well adapted to that.

@novel hawk Twitter has a blanket permission set. Gleam, iirc, can't pick and choose. I can assure you that neither it, or us, will ever do anything without you clicking the choice to do it (e.g. tweet/retweet/follow).
But it needs permissions in order to track if the entry method was completed. It also tracks if it's later deleted, which goes against the whole point of entering via that method. There's nothing to worry about, but you can always give it permission, perform the actions, then go revoke the permission in Twitter if you're concerned. You can also skip Twitter entry methods if none of that is acceptable. I hope this provides some reassurance at least.
