There's other criticism against the event that I'll also put into a neat little list:
- Games can be used as an escape from reality, which, while I don't consider that healthy, is understandable. The Pride event might hit a little close to home for some people. This also applies to the anonymity of Internet interactions.
- The event is being implemented without being polled. A very significant amount of content put into the game is polled and if there's 75% in "Yes" votes, it passes and is implemented.
- The anti-Gamergate style approach of blanketing everyone opposing the event for the above reasons and possibly more by calling everyone "bigots" does a lot more to single out people for beliefs that may be perfectly rational and respectful to fellow human beings. It is composed of at least a couple logical fallacies and shuts down any sort of reasonable discussion on the matter by conflating hatred with logical thinking. Considering this may be a huge part of why Trump won in 2016 and well, 2016 happening in general, I can understand why people are a little sensitive about this detail.

Another thing of note. I saw what the event's going to look like in an article and the general idea. in the admin view you might come across CPU hardware errors or something else that might hint at high cpu usage

maybe one of your games/non-OBS apps is trying to use CPU to render instead of GPU like it's supposed to
ultimately as long as your CPU isn't actually slowing down your performance it should be fine though
like say, if you were trying to render out some edited footage (that usually does cause a massive slowdown since it basically uses everything possible)

On top of spelling differences though, people talked differently because they got separated as well. Like there's 20 something accents in UK alone and probably a hundred in the US depending on region and subtle differences. Dialects, even, for that matter.
On top of that, there's like 3 major accents in Australia I know of as well. One of which, the "generic" one, sounds like a mix between your "generic" UK accent and your "generic" American accent. It's kind of funny.
