it's almost always case of the ISP oversubscribing the node, overworking it until it's a literal bottleneck and no-one is able to achieve anything.

When searching for a file in W10, it only searches for the term that's in the beginning of the file name. So if you have a file "QuesoBlanco" and you search "Blanco," it won't find it unless you do "System.Filename:~=Blanco" in the search bar.
