If you're using direct dyes like manic panic, no, you do not want to color and bleach at the same time it won't work
You also don't want to put the dye on to conditioned hair, it works best on dry, clean unconditioned bleached hair
the bright color dyes don't use developer or toner or anything
so you can leave them in for a long time as well, to help the color stick longer. I leave mine in for hours, have slept in it once π

and yeah, I've straightened it, too. My hair is ... this odd mix of curly, wavy, and pin straight and it never decides to do any one thing

a few years ago I got that 'white' streak done in my hair and my stylist cut it to about shoulder length, and that was the only time in my life where I could really get out of bed and just... run my hand through it and go.

It's a squat little bottle and you press a circle portion of it into the palm of your hand and then comb it through with your fingers or a wide tooth comb

it'll actually HELP your hair from getting crunchy. Also bear in mind you live in the netherlands. Your hair isn't going to have nearly as many problems with it getting all fried and damage by the sun and the heat and such

The problem with providing fiber optic in Alaska would be the amount of people using it. Sure, it would get used. 90% of the population uses the internet. But the necessity is low and the amount of money to establish it would seemingly be... ridiculous, especially if there's not much of a way you'd make money back from it. By the time it'd pay off, you'd have already developed multi-terabit lines

There are definitely ways to make things more efficient, though. Like partnering the ISP with Google with caching servers so that it puts less strain on other ISPs and less strain on the ISP. The ISP has to pay their bill to an even bigger ISP as well. That's just simply how it works, and that's why things like the Cloudflare thing happened, but that's also off topic. The main thing would be that having a caching server would lower the data usage of the ISP so that it's "local" to the users. So the "top trending video on youtube" would be cached the first time, and they'd save terabytes of data worth if they did that.
My ISP has yet to do that and so they basically are spewing money not implementing it, even though it'd pay off nearly immediately.
I'm sure you could find some reason why they do that, whether it be incompetence or some weird contract they have with some other thing to make them pay money to their higherups. You'd be surprised how many billion-dollar companies and such are poorly managed.

Runescape has this rather useful...ish one
All you have to do is find a name, type it into a box, and list a reason and maybe a description. No need to target and right click report their portrait. No need to wait for them to chat or file a ticket and waste the time of CS.
And no need to ask what type of report category I should be reporting griefers under (based on a response, it's "Cheating." How even?)

my other hard drive with my actual verified photoshop copy on it is on the dead HDD
but as you can imagine, that machine was.... awful. I had so many problems with it on top of it having for the longest time an unverified windows 7 and then I "upgraded" to windows 8
because windows 8 was also like $50

well it's configured to work well with each of its own parts
they basically work in synergy
hence why I got the SSD version with that RAM
and put the OS on the SSD
So that the RAM can take up to 16GB on my SSD and it'll be faster on top of that
instead of 16GB on a moderately fast HDD

I disabled the action bar portion and use my own bartender setup
It's in a similar layout as the GW2 one, but when I hold Shift, it switches my action bars into a different set.
So it appears normally that I have like 10 buttons, but I press shift and get another 10. Plus I have a bar on the side to give 12 more buttons for toys.

The problem is that las vegas is sa HUGE city with only 3 places to go to. What they need is more funding and for people to actually care about how overworked their employees are.
