Usually you get professions, gather materials, and sell them all on the auction house. To sell them properly, you'll want AddOns.
At low level, though, I don't think trying to farm gold for WoW tokens will be that great. You'd spend so much time doing so that I think you'd might as well have worked 2 hours at a job and gotten game time.

so professions and gathering is a great way to spend your in-between-queue times for more buffer money

If you're around for the Darkmoon Faire and fish the Darkmoon Daggermaws enough, you can easy make enough for a WoW token if you're dedicated enough.
It's HOURS of fishing, though. Put on a movie while you fish
but byfar I've found it to be very lucrative for low level caracters, especially if you start on a new realm
and there's no gate behind learning fishing skill unless you're below level 10

Well it seems kind of obvious to me what they should do. And that's put limits. One tank was selected and neither team can select more. One healer was selected and you may pick another support like symmetra (I feel like she should be moved to defense anyway), and that's it. Make everyone learn how to play and win without all the crutches.
