Why does people complain about wipes

I understand both sides tbh

No wipe is not an option but having an option with longer seasons & lower rewards would be better for people with busy schedules.

Playing twice in a 6 weeks span makes it not even worth to play so what’s the point.
You end up never playing because you’re either busy, too close to the end of the wipe when you end up having time and you’ll never have the possibility to reach end game.

It is what it is, everyone has different priorities but in my case that would be a great option to be able to play more frequently.

Well if seasons are longer it would still be the same people in island top (or very likely) no wipes will never be an option as the server would make ALOT less money. What would be best imo is having 6 weeks of comp + another like 2 weeks were people can just play this would also give them more time to fix/prep for new season and would allow them to have beta tests done during those 2 weeks to avoid early season issues.

nope we used to have this pretty much every time before atlas took over but now seasons usually just start a day after the current one ends
