theres been many problems about people using caps in chat,mostly being on accident,but to simply fix this issue and not have moderators telling everoyne to ''mind the caps'' ''use less capslock'',this plugin would be awesome and its extremely simple to use

We do allow caps in certain situations, i.e. “HECK YEAHH” but not when used excessively and specifically in order to make your message stand out. For example, shouting an advertisement about you selling/buying something in all caps, that we do not tolerate (otherwise everyone would have to do that too and chat would become a mess). But we also don’t want to remove the players’ possibility to use caps altogether and putting a limit to how many you can use in a message would be pretty limiting for the community

non-staff also decide to say “mind the caps” whenever they feel like it, so that also might be where you get the idea
