Add a 2nd server mirroring gens for the working class that cant grind 23 hours a day,
Have a daily time limit someone can play maybe 4 hours and more on weekends 🤣

IDK if having a server where people "only can play 4hrs a day" would get a lot of people buying loot boxes etc. to make up for the extra work and costs would be fun to see but most likely would end up in the same people playing both servers to try get double the payouts 😂
Some more suggestions along those lines:
Make a gens server where all mobs DMG you even barn ones and every time you die you get banned for 24 hrs.
Make one with teams of 10 people.
Solo only server (this one actually wouldn't be that bad)
Make one without loot boxes, but charge people to play on the realm.
