Bloody noses would be a cool feature, just a minor injury due to him being slapped or drapped into the floor. Bleeding from the mouth would also be a cool feature. The bleeding would be due to a lower abdominal injury like a gunshot wound or brick impact, this blood would spill onto the floor with 3-5 very tiny drops.
