Camps are an important part of the Undawn experience, offering a range of unique events to enjoy. From your camp, you'll travel to battle dangerous zombies, or compete with representatives of other camps. You'll do your bit for your side while also earning the resources your character needs to develop. So, wondering how to get started? That's what we'll be looking at today.

Entry Requirement

As the name suggests, the camp system provides specific gameplay options for players belonging to a particular camp. The first step, therefore, is to sign up with one. Luckily, the Camp screen is easy to access via the menu (see below). And if you meet the requirements, you can even found your own camp and recruit other players, instead.

Camp game modes also come with specific conditions, including level and time restrictions, and player limits. For example, District 13 is only available to players of Lv. 30 or over, and you can only join with a team when the event is open.

How to join?

There are a range of camp game modes available, all with different requirements and starting locations. But don't worry, that doesn't mean it has to be confusing. Go to the events tab on the camp screen and you can see when events are open and the participation requirements. If you tap the Go button, you'll then auto-navigate to the relevant NPC who will get you started, so it couldn't be easier!

Gameplay

There are over ten camp game modes to enjoy, and no two are the same. These can be divided into three main categories:

First are PvE (player-versus-environment) modes, such as District 13, Raging Seas, Guard Noah, Assault on the Eagles, and Giant Aberration. In these, you'll need to team up with friends in your camp to eliminate your enemies.

Next up are PvP (player-versus-player) modes, such as Camp Competition and the Radiation Island Supply Van. Here, you either compete directly against players from other camps, or try to grab resources for your camp before they do.

Finally, there are also casual modes such as Request for Supplies, Daily Supplies, Limited Time Goodies, and Fishing Competition. These can vary a lot and could involve testing your life skills, providing supplies to your camp, or simply collecting rewards. Casual game modes in particular are often an easy way to earn rewards, so don't miss out!

Reward

Camp game modes offer a wide variety of rewards. These include standard items such as materials for polishing and modifying equipment or crafting accessories, as well as rare metals. There's also Gold, skill points, and camp contribution to be earned—all of which are needed to upgrade your skills. Camp events also provide a special resource: camp funds. You'll need camp funds to build up and develop your camp and provide more perks to your camp members.

Conclusion

Camp game modes are one of the more important parts of daily life in Undawn, allowing you to earn a wide range of resources, while also getting to know other members of your camp and finding other people to enjoy the game with. There are also exclusive rewards as well, so why not find a camp that suits you and give yourself the opportunity to have even more fun in the future?
