Does automatic pick up items include all the rocks and sticks laying around? I know they aren't items in the traditional as they haven't been "dropped" but I just want to clarify what you mean by automatic picking up

For fast tree chopping there is a perk in the game.
And for automated gathering of rocks, sticks, straw, clay there is this hut I forgot the english name of... mining shed?
