Hi, I was just thinking that when villagers reach a certain age (50-60+) the villagers mood goes down as they work, they get less done, and complain about stuff like their body hurting and etc. normal old people things, and maybe having them not work anymore gets their mood up slightly, and that gives more space for the newer generation of workers to get a chance to work earlier. Just an idea. I’ll probably do it anyways even if it doesn’t help the older villagers.
