With the help of @violet bolt , I made a quick picture of Management screen potential improvements.

Basically, my screen says:

  • I have 40 possible jobs (filled or not)
  • I have 20 adults out of 34 people, (but only 18 workers, which means 1 Parent + Me (I play solo, but I suppose it's comparable for multiplayer games))
  • out of my 18 possible workers, one isn't working but could (and yes, it should say '18 (17)' but as is, the 'actually working' value is on the left, and I wanted to reduce image manipulation to a minimum).

Just to add to "why should it be like that": As it is now, it might be missleading to think that the right number (the 18) is the limit for workers (as it looks like an analogy to the building limit, which is located right next to it).

The improvement above would make this screen more consistent and logical.

Yes please, it will be easier to see how many people you already hired, e.g. if you challenge yourself to stick to a certain number of people per year for slow growth. heart Otherwise it gets confusing once people start having kids. One of the reasons why I use an excel sheetโ€ฆ ๐Ÿ™‡๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ

no need to comment with "+1" unless you're unable to react (if OP blocked you... and if that's the case better to precise this in the message)

Just saying because devs won't necessarily check every messages in a thread (and some messages might be deleted too).

Best way to support a suggestion is to react to the original message

Please add the current production/day for food, water and wood to the overview.
As of now you only see demand/day.
Starting the game it was very confusing to get where the demand value was coming from and it was and is also confusing to figure out how much of the daily demand you produce.

I totally support Mikes suggestion about including Marital Status . This would be a massive quality of life boon!๐Ÿ‘ต๐Ÿป
