Just for clarity for this report - you are forced to make a new character in your Oxbow saves (a save that you have already made a character in previously) and every time you load the save you are taken to the character creation screen mate?
How does this error occur in Valley? Are you are placed at the start location just outside Gostovia as a "new" Racimir?

Thanks mate, I will take a look at your saves for issues now, Valley is the stable one that should not have this issue aye
I will escalate this report to the devs if it is erroring out as you have described mate

Ok, all these saves are Oxbow so your in game character profile is attached to your Steam user account
Are you using the same Steam user account for all these? (you are logged in with the account you used to make these games, you are not in offline mode and are using the exact same user account you used initially)

Well... was those saves somehow manipulated or did you use WeMod? Because this is what i found on your save :
