I searched through these posts and didn't see anything similar. My thought is, what if the devs could make it where our character(s) could travel between The Valley and The Oxbow? We could tap into extra resources, recruit more people to our settlements, be able to do small side quests in both maps, etc. It would expand the explorable areas for players. Maybe even be able to set up merchant routes between the two maps. Just some food for thought.

Prolly too hard, not worth spending the time. Each map has some distintive features, which makes compatibility labor-intensive.
Travelling between The Valley and Oxbow
Honesltly the two maps are so similar I don't really see the point in this at all... They have no unique resources or biomes, nor do they offer any unique quests or reason to actually go there.
Lorewise, difficult. I'm sure our Oxbow village starts around the same time as the Valley village, so it'd be a bit lore breaking to find Racimir's village and find out what he would've "canonically" done
Oxbow is after Valley by a bit - we meet a Valley NPC in Oxbow when he is much older than in Valley and this can happen in Year 1 (I found him on day 2 actually lol)
So Oxbow on that basis is at least 20 years after the Valley story events imo
As for the suggestion itself. having a way of travelling between the two is fine if possible (so many quests and NPC's would need to be removed/changed/updated it may not be worth the dev resource sink imo)
