Separate Brewery

I don't see this suggestion by itself, so sorry if I missed it:
I'd love to have a brewery building that is separate and unlocked before the Tavern, please

Many households brewed their own ale.

I think a separate small building would be great, could have tier 1,2,3 and start as simple roofed structure with wattle and thatch, and then upgrade into wood and stone, with additional drink recipes unlocked along the way

Yes! Even if the Lvl 1 Brewery only allowed you to make ale & mead (with wine & juice recipes unlocked w/ later buildings/tavern), this seems like a fair compromise. Especially since orchards are unlocked from the beginning but you can't craft anything with the produce you grow until quite late in the game.
