like the title says having grapes, grape saplings (witch maybe requiring ether a modified crop farmland or a modified orchard farmland to plant them) and the resulted product of grape juice and grape wine, with the grape wine having the a stonger temp ressitance then the current best alcohol based drink but also been stronger then mean in alcohol procentage

That's a difficult Idea, because First mentioning of grapes/wine from grapes start about 100 years after the time setting of MD. I would like IT very much for late Game (when you Play with your grandson for example).

They Had wine from berries in poland, because berries grew wild and were easy to cultivate, but wine generally loves warmer climate. But there Had been a climate Optimum around 1100

The wine growing startet probably then (but would have taken some time to become "Common")
