I'd like to be able to place blueprints for buildings that are still locked, but remain unable to build them. This would help a lot with village planning, as it would let me designate space for endgame buildings like the tavern and windmill early on without having to guess how much space I'll need. This would go nicely with the other existing suggestion that blueprints not count for taxes until the building is built.

I came to suggest the same thing! Glad I searched before I did! This would be SO helpful for village planning! I also wish that the entire building's blueprint was visible when placed, not just the foundation!
