What do you think about adding treasure maps? For example:
You can buy a map at trader, but not always. You have to be lucky.
You can find maps at bandit camps, or broken carts. Would be awesome if the maps could be broken. E.g. you can find just a part of map. If you collect all parts you can go to cartograph and pay to make it as a one piece.
Treasures could be seasonable. So if you will get map in first year, in second years it's possible that someone already found treasure.
Maps won't show exactly where the treasure is, but helps to find it.
Sometimes.you have to use shovel or pickaxe to destroy hidden cave and find a treasure.
Rewards? Sometimes good, sometimes scam. Lottery.
