Best of 2025 Playlist Drop jammies

Hey everyone!

We’re putting together a community playlist to showcase the songs you’re most proud of from 2025. Think of it as a little time capsule of the year, capturing the creativity of our community.

We’ll be running this for two weeks so everyone can toss their favorite 2025 song into the mix. Following this, we’ll run another event designed to inspire and kick this new year off with something special.

How to participate:

  • Share your favorite song you made in 2025 right here
  • If you feel like it, add a quick note on why you picked it (the story, the vibe, the experiment, the moment)

Also, we’ve been stirring around playlist title ideas like Top of the Pops 2025, SUNO UNO 2025: One Year, One Song, etc. If you’ve got a title you’d love to see on this playlist, toss it in too! Super interested to see what you all come up with!

Sidenote: We’ll compile everything into a dedicated playlist after the two week window. To keep things easy and fair, we’ll add the first song you share in the channel to the playlist, and the order will be randomized.

Here's my best of 2025! I made this last night while making a flurry of firework animations and it was the perfect, funky tune to watch fireworks to! The song is a cover and is in Japanese! The lyrics about a starship captain really spoke to me as the creator of a fictional space military with anime inspiration. It's very enjoyable to listen to and I hope you love it, too! https://suno.com/s/IeBYKuyAvqoJXHyK

This song is a tribute to Jane Goodall who passed away in 2025 at the age of 91. She was a huge inspiration to me growing up as I've always loved nature documentaries and learning about animals. This song was a bit of a sleeper hit, as 2 months after the song was made, it randomly catapulted to 15000 listens and over 300 likes. I wouldn't say it's my favorite in terms of what I would play most often in my regular playlists, but it's my favorite because of the emotion put into it and the reception it got. I love that it connected with people.

This is one of my favourite songs I've made, and I'm surprised to mention that this was made on v3.5. It's about a girl getting stalked by her classmate. The 1st verse is from the girl's POV, and the 2nd verse is the boy's POV.

Song blurb: The universal anthem against bullying, built on solidarity, courage, and shared humanity. It speaks for those who have been silenced, reminding everyone that no one stands alone in the face of cruelty. Through collective voices and unwavering hope, the song transforms pain into strength and isolation into connection. It delivers a simple truth meant for all ages and cultures: hate fades, voices rise, and love is always louder.

Last year i made happy party music, but also had a phase of dark 80s electro inspired songs...

And i had to decide between happy and serious.
I will go with serious.
Because this song isnt just nice melody wise, but also carries a lot in the lyrics, isnt too long and has a neat voice.
Overall a clean minimalistic sound and you can put your own meaning in the lyrics. https://suno.com/s/Xyqiq7dBgztAjJXn

https://suno.com/s/arhwS1GSBKuG17XN this is my fav song past year, probably cause i wanted to do as possible 1;1 scale song similar to 'lil peep-problems' without remixing it or covering. and the result definitely outgrown my expectations cause its a banger imo, the most peep-alike is guitar imho . check this out guys ^^

This is the song I'm the most proud of. It's a slow song about being indecisive and then losing your chance to get what you want. The vibe of this slow song absolutely suits the feeling of being left alone in the dark at a train station after missing the last train home, which is a metaphor for a missed opportunity that slipped away.

This makes me smile every time I listen to it. It kind of sounds like a love song, but in fact I made it in memory of my dad who passed 6 years ago. As a kid my primary goal in life was to make him smile. He didn't smile often, but had a great smile. After he retired, the smiles came easier, and, as alwasy, I loved to see him smile. This is the first time i used the sampler function on bandlab to create my Vocal Stutter, this uses Public domain Recordings from wartime propaganda cartoons, vocally chopped and arranged making them my own, then uploaded and worked through my magical unstable diffusion workflow, cleaned up / Mastered in bandlab > uploaded in Studio = a tasty dish

I wrote FALLOUT when I finally got fed up waiting for something that was never gonna happen. It was the turn of the "sit tight, look pretty"-arc, it made me realize so many things and change my direction on the kind of music I wanna make. I made some others around the same theme, but this one is definitely the one where I said enough. this is it. this is what I wanna make. Hope y'all enjoy blobcatloveuwu

I had wrote and recorded the song many years ago for the intro track of the first of three independent hip hop albums that were influential in my area and inspired a few artists who went on to stardom in both hip hop and branching out to country music. I reimagined the track into an EDM Record and it hits….I uploaded the original intro track I did many years back to preserve a bit of the production flavor and wrote the lyrics word for word

This song I selected because of the meaning in the lyrics. It's for those who got out of abusive relationships. about how even if the abuser is gone, the memories and hope stay. the psychological impacts abuse can do to someone's mind... It's something that will leave a mark forever. It can be bitter and it can be sweet. a paradoxical emotion.

The NWOBHM band in the Rodent Riot Records stable/universe, this is Human Mulch. The song is about a post apocolyptic biker gang. But instead of motorcycles they ride hopped up John Deer riding mowers. Because... stuff.

The song is that rare generation that came out perfect. Exactly what I wanted. Enjoy!

I've made many songs in many different styles, but I avoided country for a long time. It took me a while to really get into it, and this song was my first serious attempt. I was overwhelmed, and still am, by how many others enjoyed it too.
So if I had to pick "the one 2025 song", it would have to be this one.: https://suno.com/s/vPyIArhrCxazKSHy

This song was actually created quite late in the year not too long ago, but it quickly turned into my favorite. I’ve been a big power metal fan since the early 2000s and at the same time I really love sci-fi. The song represents the perfect symbiosis of both, offering great orchestral arrangements and massive choirs. Since I now record my own vocals and then finalize them using Suno’s cover function to achieve this kind of result, it makes the whole thing even more special to me.

When I joined Suno in April of '25, the #soundseasons contest was running. I crafted the song "Dreaming of Better Days" from an instrumental I had created the year earlier. It remains my absolutely favourite song I have ever written. Now that v5 is available, I worked tirelessly for a month to make an "ultimate" version of the song. So here it is, a remastered cover of "Dreaming of Better Days" (done solely in v5, no studio work, nor offline edits): https://suno.com/s/lGhsqI3BgYCuzdjL

This was a hard decision to make. At the end I decided to submit this remix of "Only Love Knows", pushing v5 to its limits by creating an exotic atmosphere with "space ambient" meeting a slow, but heavy "jungle beat", all while offering variance and keeping pacing througout the whole song. I used Suno Studio without doing stem extraction to avoid audio quality degradation. I just added stuff for additional layers and to fill transitions.

This song has the most streams. I spent over a decade in the legal industry, lost my job in September and decided to stop sticking to what was comfortable and go after what I really wanted. I decided now was the time to transition to digital marketing like I had planned before even entering legal years ago. Application and resumes left and right and no luck so I decided to turn my resume into a song and this was the result. I shared it on LinkedIn and some people ended up creating accounts on Suno shortly after to see how AI played a part in the my music creation process. So definitely this song is my best of 2025.

While it was very difficult for me too pick my Top 2025 song of the year, I would say that I am most proud of this song.
It was a step into a pure Indie Alt.Rock style, with the usage of **Studio **and just letting my feelings become more raw and empathic.
It was so nice too hear so many good comments on this song as well, I give you "Rock Bottom":

Let me choose this. It’s one of the most interesting songs I’ve made, but it’s really hard to choose just one. There are many others I’ve created that I feel deeply connected to and that are important to me. So I’ll go with this one for the “2025 year’s songs.”

For those unaware, I quit Suno on my one year anniversary.
I came to learn, to experiment and to ultimately have fun. All of the above was achieved and more. It was a great time!
Now, I've moved to traditional production and am struggling immensely. And I absolutely love it. Thank you for the memories and assistance, Suno 💙

The weird, the experimental, the "that isn't supposed to work" all speak to me on a level that I can never seem to describe. For me, Suno V4 was Suno's prime.
Was it buggy? Yea.
Was it finnicky? Yea.
Was it difficult? Was it frustrating? Was it-?
Yea. Yea. All of it. However, what I felt wasn't anger but endearment. Nostalgia now.
It didn't hold your hand. It didn't create the best sounds, but ones you had to figure out how to work with. It let you be the creative director.
It also gave me a generation that I had no clue what to do with for 2 months... then I happened to suffer a concussion and lost my mind. Lo and behold, all of a sudden the generation clicked 🤣

I present the weirdest, most experimental track I've generated - which is also one of the three I had the most fun creating:

I don't usually publish direct to Suno, but in the spirit of celebrating 2025 - sure, why not.

This song is a musical tribute to a number of formative pop-punk bands from the 90s and 00s, many of which are still going strong with their fans, even if we're not quite the youthful rebels we once were...

In practical terms, it was a test to see how well Suno responded to being given an existing acoustic recording with some basic stereo panning and seeing what it could do with production effects to give the song a 'stadium' feel to it. And it rose to the challenge masterfully.

What Time Keeps explores time as a keeper, not a healer.

This song feels like the real beginning of my suno journey. I finally started to take more time (multiple days) with my lyrics and drain my credits until I created something I truly liked. “Stolen Credits” is a song about reclaiming authorship over a life shaped by absence rather than guidance. It confronts the quiet resentment of watching someone claim credit for resilience, growth, or success they never helped build, and transforms that anger into clarity and self-ownership. The song isn’t about revenge or reconciliation, it’s about drawing a line, naming the truth, and refusing to let someone else rewrite the work it took to survive.

if i wanted to pick just one song, maybe i should have picked a song from the large fan project i've been working on for the past year now, maybe i should have picked one of my most popular songs. well it's a hard choice i think and while it's far from my best work, probobly, idk, or my most popular one, it is a song i worked on for some time, which i started writing when i was at a kind of low point this year, but things got better.

the song i pick to be my representation for this year is "Repeat it":

Hello, everyone. I recently made my top 10 playlist for 2025, and I still prefer this track. I think it's the best House genre track on my account. It's a collaboration track, so I already had the melody ready, I changed the lyrics a little and did the arrangement.
Personally, I like how everything sounds so harmonious here: the bass, the vocal part, the melody as a whole, the girl's timbre. Everything is just wow. Hehe.

This is my most important song of 2025.
Not because it’s perfect — but because it’s honest.

Betting on a Dream is about the nights no one sees.
Staying up when there are no guarantees.
Choosing the dream again and again, even when it would be easier to let go.

This song sums up my last year:
quiet work, doubt, persistence — and still showing up.
No big moments. Just a lot of 3 a.m. decisions.

That’s why this one means the most to me.

I'm a former musician who joined Suno in October 2025, and every day I was amazed by the AI's level of performance and arranging skills. So I challenged the AI musicians to play the music of "Steely Dan", a band that has left many legacy of recordings. This was no easy challenge (Lmao) and of course I couldn't use any of Steely Dan's songs, so I using my own song that has originality that is not overshadowed by Steely dan Peg's rhythm.

At the end of this year, we've created what I consider to be our best work to date. Well done Suno AI musicians!! Really I love AI musicians!

I'd like to share here 'The Quiet That Commands' by my music project 'Into The Ether'. The Quiet That Commands is an anthem of inner defiance — a confrontation with voices, systems, and expectations that were never yours to carry. The song explores how control often disguises itself as silence, certainty, or tradition… and how reclaiming your identity sometimes begins with questioning the stories you were told to obey. Heavy, atmospheric, and emotionally charged, this track captures the moment a mind refuses to shrink. I hope you like it! Happy New Year! https://suno.com/s/mSPBpsWgMCS5ZMLJ

It took me some time to choose one, I've made so many. Could have chosen my most liked one, but prefer this one. I love doing glitchy covers of other songs, and this one was inspired by not just another Suno user, but one that also loves glitchy stuff. Greetings! I sat down and thought about which song I could choose from the over 2,200 songs posted last year, 2025, but I think the best song of last year might be: "The Express Train to Delhi (hyperlong version)" https://suno.com/s/gCe2luMkcncY6BWL This song is a spiritual journey by train on the path of sounds, to Delhi, a journey into metaphysics, through the solfeggio frequency of 852 Hz, a deeply spiritual tone that will harmonize you with yourself and the Universe and elevate your soul. When you meditate with 852 Hz, you will feel how your mind and soul open up. It aligns you with the Universe, creating a connection between you and higher powers.

"Libre Parcours" (or "Free Path") is a poetic meditation on the "fine-tuning" of the universe. It contrasts the immense, violent energies of cosmic events—like the core collapse of a star or the gamma-ray furnace of its core—with the gentle, "softened" reality we experience, which allows for "light on a leaf." And it sounds nice too.

https://suno.com/s/BMBpDTi4kcctjFFv That would be the best song i made last year, first time playing with japanese lyrics and a persona to catch the rhythm of the refrain to get that head whipping fun i got with another song but didnt quite hit the lyrics correctly.

Japanese Shamisen with Rock and a mix of nordic and japanese instruments. Something kinda catchy.

Hard to say if its my absolute favorite, bit one of my better ones for sure.
