A Zen Cancel is basicacally using Breaking Step during Zenshin or Zanshin to exit the stance, allowing Jin to mix up his opponent, or turn moves like F4 completely safe on transition.
To do a Zen Cancel, you must first enter Zen, which is accessed with the following inputs :
