-12 on block, +6 on hit, 31 Damage
14F Punisher
-12 on block, +8 on Hit, 38 Damage
15F Punisher
-13 on block, Launches, 16 Damage
While Standing

-12 on block, Heat engager, 27 damage, first button is safe on block.
15F
Same properties as 15F punisher

Lightning Glare
Wall Splats, 51 Damage Guaranteed, +1 On block, really powerful.
Great for wall carry, also safe on block at -9, and mid so it can’t be ducked.
His combos also do a lot of damage with wall, best combo ender so far is BOK 
, if you can get the opponent to the wall without a screw, I reccomend doing or into the aforementioned combo ender, it’s a lot!
