Getting this error on my tasks, not sure what it means since there's no details error message besides this one?

Sorry, we're just in the process of improving those error messages. Most likely these are all OOM errors, so I'd upgrade the machine if it keeps happening. You can do that globally or for specific tasks only: https://trigger.dev/docs/machines
