Hi, we are using the supabase integration and the api route logs a bunch of warning logs each time we deploy since the webhook definitions are already there. is there any way to get rid of this?

Is that saying the job is already defined? I got rid of this log recently because it was driving me nuts. Upgrade your SDK to the latest and it shouldn't happen anymore.
npx @trigger.dev/cli@latest update will update all your trigger.dev packages at the same time, then you can deploy the package.json/package-lock files
